Throwback Thursday – WELL READ by Kelly Street: “The Elements of Style” by William Strunk Jr. And E.B. White

In the August 2019 edition of the Knoxville Bar Association’s DICTA Publication, Kelly Street explains how the famous book The Elements of Style by William Strunk Jr. and E.B. White applies to legal writing. Kelly goes over many of the rules found in the book and gives examples as to how they can be utilized in legal writing, specifically a pleading.
