Rockforde (‘Rocky’) D. King earned his undergraduate degree in Public Administration from the University of Tennessee. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law. Mr. King is licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee and has been admitted to practice in the Easter, Middle and West Tennessee United States District Courts and in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and in the Supreme Court of the United States. He has been involved in numerous trials and civil actions over the past thirty years. He is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, and numerous other specialty legal defense organizations. He has spoken and published on numerous topics involving employment law and product liability law and premises liability law matters.
