Overview
Sam, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Business Administration, where he majored in Logistics with a concentration in International Business. Prior to attending law school, Sam worked in operations for a local Knoxville company. Sam earned his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law with a concentration in Business Transactions from UT’s Clayton Center for Entrepreneurial Law. While in law school, Sam served as a Research Editor on Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law.
Sam focuses his practice on business formations, business acquisitions and sales, and commercial real estate matters, including leasing, purchases, sales, development and real estate financing. Sam is a problem solver at heart, and loves working with clients to establish and achieve their goals.
When not in the office Sam enjoys spending time with his wife, three kids, and their goldendoodle, and cheering on the Tennessee Vols. Sam is a member of Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church.
