Nicholas J. Chase

Prior to attending law school, Nick worked for ten years in the private sector. He represents a diverse range of regulated and unregulated businesses in the machining, manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, wholesale, retail, and real estate development sectors. Clients rely on Nick to advise them concerning opportunities and challenges facing their businesses, including navigating short-term headwinds while pursuing long-term growth opportunities.

Nick regularly teaches Mergers & Acquisitions as an adjunct professor at the University of Tennessee College of Law and has been recognized by Best Lawyers® in the fields of Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate. He is a member of the American, Tennessee, and Knoxville Bar Associations.
