Evan J. Kluth

Evan graduated in the top 7% of his class from the University of Tennessee College of Law. During law school, Evan served as an Articles Editor of the Tennessee Law Review and received multiple CALI Excellence Awards for several courses, including Contracts I, Employment Law, Anti-Discrimination Seminar, and Estate Planning Seminar. He is an inductee of the Order of the Coif. During his time in law school, Evan gained practical experience as a judicial clerk for Judge Zachary Walden of the Eighth Judicial District and spent two summers with Egerton, McAfee, Armistead & Davis, P.C.

Prior to law school, Evan graduated Summa Cum Laude with honors from Liberty University, where he served as Student Body President and was recognized as a National Merit Finalist. He completed his undergraduate studies with a degree in Business Administration, a minor in accounting, and a specialization in human resources. 

Outside the office, Evan enjoys cooking and specialty coffee. He and his wife, Claire, enjoy hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, playing volleyball, and are active members of Providence Church.
