Overview

Davis graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting with a collateral in Finance.  During his undergraduate studies, Davis interned for Unilever’s North America office in the summer of 2020, participated in Tennessee’s Model United Nations club, and was a semi-finalist in the McClung Public Speaking Competition.

Following his undergraduate studies, Davis went on to graduate with high honors from The University of Tennessee College of Law, where he served as a Research Editor on Tennessee Law Review, a Student Member of the American Inns of Court, and as a Student Ambassador for the College of Law’s Career Services Center.  He graduated as a Volunteer of Distinction, an award recognizing the top graduates across all departments at The University of Tennessee.

Throughout law school, Davis clerked for our firm on two separate occasions and worked with the Tennessee Administrative Office of the Courts.  Davis had the privilege of interning as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas R. Frierson, II, of the Tennessee Court of Appeals, the Honorable Suzanne Bauknight, of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee Bankruptcy Court, and the Honorable Deborah Poplin and Honorable Jill McCook, of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

When not in the office, Davis enjoys spending time fixating on Tennessee football and basketball, playing tennis, and fishing.  There is nothing Davis enjoys more than a fall morning spent watching College Gameday while awaiting the Vols kick-off.
