Overview
Dan earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law where he served as a member of Vols for Vets, the Federalist Society, and as the Articles Editor for The Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy. Dan also holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
Prior to attending law school, Dan served in the United States Army for six years, both as an active-duty officer and member of the national guard. Dan earned a slot at Officer Candidate School and branched Field Artillery. After graduating number one in his class from the United States Army Field Artillery School, he was stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington, where he served as a fire direction officer, fire support officer, and targeting officer. Upon moving to Tennessee, Dan joined the Tennessee Army National Guard where he served as a brigade staff officer for the 278th Armored Calvary Regiment.
Dan enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife, Sarah, and their sweet daughter, Dru. Dan is a member of Calvary Chapel Knoxville.
