Egerton Attorneys on City View's List of Top Attorneys 2012
Several members of Egerton, McAfee were named to City View Magazine's Top Attorneys 2012 list. This distinction is obtained by the votes of their peers in the legal community. Egerton McAfee's 2012 Top Attorney honorees are Stephen A. McSween in the field of Health Care Law; Jonathan D. Reed for his work in the area of Income Tax/IRS Resolutions, Cheryl G. Rice was recognized for Consumer Protection Defense and James M. Cornelius in the area of Collections and Foreclosures.
R. Chris Trump, Esq., has been accepted as a Fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
With his acceptance, Chris becomes one of only 10 attorneys in the State of Tennessee who are members of the ACMA and the only Knoxville attorney to carry this distinction.
Formed in 1974, the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA) represents more than 400 lawyers in North America who are considered to be the best of the best in the mortgage law industry. Its members (Fellows) are attorneys who have distinguished themselves as practitioners in the field of real estate mortgages through their bar association activities, lecturing, authoring articles and program materials, participation in the legislative process, and writing briefs and/or arguing cases that are significant to mortgage transactions.

Egerton, McAfee adds to its team
Attorney Bradley C. Sagraves, who in 2009 received his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida, has joined Egerton, McAfee as an associate attorney. Brad attended Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee for his undergraduate degree and the University of Tennessee for law school. Brad has practiced law in Knoxville since 2009 in another local Knoxville firm. At Egerton, McAfee, Brad will continue to practice in the areas of Taxation, Estate Planning and Probate as well as Commercial, Real Estate and Corporate Law.
