Charlotte’s primary areas of practice include the following:

Charlotte represents her clients in a variety of transactional matters. Her practice primarily consists of advising urban and rural hospitals on a variety of healthcare and general business matters. Charlotte also represents physicians and physician groups in contracting and group practice issues. Additionally, Charlotte aids her non-healthcare clients with general, transactional business matters, including contracting and real estate matters.
In addition to healthcare related matters, Charlotte focuses in adoption law and has assisted numerous clients in a variety of adoption matters, including step-parent adoptions, private adoptions, agency adoptions, and interstate adoptions.
Charlotte graduated college with a 4.0 GPA. She also graduated from law school in the top 15% of her class with a concentration in business transactions. Charlotte is a member of First United Methodist Church in Sevierville. In 2011, Charlotte completed the Leadership Tomorrow program in Sevierville, Tennessee and continues to stay active in the program. She is also a member of the Knoxville, Sevier County, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations..
