Overview

A Maryville native, Rameen attended Rhodes College and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.  After graduating from college, Rameen worked in the healthcare industry for several years before attending the University of Tennessee’s College of Law.  While at UT, Rameen pursued several opportunities with the Tennessee judiciary, the College of Law’s Advocacy Clinic, and Law Review.

After graduating from the College of Law, Rameen clerked for Judge Kenny Armstrong on the Tennessee Court of Appeals before joining Egerton, McAfee, Armistead & Davis.  Rameen’s practice focuses on litigation, especially business disputes, estate litigation, and breach of contract actions.  Rameen melds his prior experience working for judges with effective litigation strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Rameen has also previously taught Legal Process at the University of Tennessee College of Law as an Adjunct Professor. When not working, Rameen spends his time with his wife and two children.
