Will went on to earn a Masters (LL.M.) in Tax Law, graduating from the University of Florida with a 3.82 GPA.

Will has a wide range of experience in business law, tax law, and commercial lending. He also has handled controversies with the Internal Revenue Service, the Tennessee Department of Revenue, and other tax authorities. Will’s background in accounting and his analytical approach to the law gives him a deeper understanding of the tax issues confronting his clients, enabling him to identify issues before they become problems and solve problems when they arise.

Will also has experience with deferred compensation, sales and use tax issues, Tennessee franchise and excise tax issues, estate planning, and real property transactions, in addition to many other areas of law.

When not exploring tax regulations, Will enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife, Meg, and his four children, Laurel, Bill, Miles, and Henry. He also loves to fish for trout in the rivers of East Tennessee and West Virginia.
